Dr Charles Chow, President

Whilst as a Manager, International Operations (1995-1997) at TDB, Charles spearheaded the formation of the India Business Group now known as Network India and helped organized the first Global Indian Entrepreneurs Conference in Singapore in 1996.
Charlie Ang, Vice President
CEO, Ageless World
Charlie founded AgelessWorld, a leading innovator and specialist in providing retirement planning services to the Silver customer segment.
Earlier in his career, he spent nearly five and a half years at IE (2004-2009) and was the Centre Director for Jakarta and Manila. He was recognised with the IE Service Excellence Award, GEMS Prize by MTI and Star Service Award by Civil Service. Before joining IE, he had several rewarding years in the IT industry in business development and consulting. He was was a co-founder and the Chief Technology Officer of iHive Technology, an IT company that grew to over 70 employees.
Charlie completed his MBA at the National University of Singapore.
Malcolm Tham, Secretary

Accredited Wine Educator, Bordeaux Wine School
Malcolm Tham was working for TDB/IE Singapore as its centre and later regional director based in Frankfurt/Paris and its deputy director for exhibition and business services.
Malcolm is currently the project consultant and partner of Wine for Asia, a leading international wine trade exhibition held annually in Singapore. He is also the technical director of Wine Style Asia Award.
Malcolm leads "The Science and Business of Wine" an executive wine programme and "Provide Advice on Wine" a WSQ wine skills programme at Singapore Polytechnic. He is also an approved mandarin wine instructor at Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce Institute of Business. He is the inventor of the wine board game called "ViniCasino". Malcolm is fluent in both French and German.
Malcolm holds a Master of Science (MOT) degree from the NUS and a Dip Mkg from The Chartered Institute of Marketing UK. He graduated from a Grande Ecole in France and has undergone wine training at the Université Victor Segalen Bordeaux 2 and at the German National Wine Institute in Bingen, Germany. He is also one of the 5 Singapore based accredited wine educators by the prestigious Bordeaux Wine School, France. Malcolm also serves on the Advisory Board of Tanjong Katong Girls' School.
Lim Wee Lit, Assistant Secretary

Weelit returned to Singapore in 2009 and founded SearchJinni which specializes in Paid Search, in particular Search Engine Marketing (SEM) or Pay Per Click (PPC), marketing management, web analytics and campaign optimization services. He provides consulting on business development through online marketing channels such as Google, Facebook, Yahoo!, Bing, Baidu, Naver and other popular search engines or websites.
Earlier in his career at TDB, he played a key role in developing new policies for ecommerce and internet adoption. He also set up the San Francisco office for the agency and was the Centre Director/vice Consul (Commercial) there.
Weelit graduated with a Masters of Engineering, Biochemical Engineering from University College London (UCL) and also spent a year at University of Wisconsin - Madison as a graduate exchange student.

Mr Lim Khay Hai was formally the Centre Director for TDB's Taipei office.

Mr Alvin Ho owns a stellar track record in spearheading the globalization efforts of various Singapore-based companies. He is currently responsible for helping companies in optimizing their liquidity management and mitigating their trade risks as they expand into overseas market.
His educational qualifications include an MBA from INSEAD and a Master of Science in Industrial & Systems Engineering from NUS. He is also a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, a Certified Management Consultant and a Certified FTA Specialist.
Kamaludeen Mohamed Faizal, Committee Member
Lead Consultant, NCS Pte Ltd
Mohamed Faizal is a Lead Consultant with NCS Pte Ltd. His responsibilities in this position include taking the undertaking of due diligence studies for prospective projects to be tendered for; the analysis, preparation and submission of tender bids; participation in tender presentations; and managing and delivering tender projects won.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Annamalai University, Tamil Nadu, India (1999), and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Central Queensland University (CQU) Australia. (2006).
Faizal has, 14+years experience in information systems, understand the business process and formulating, propose design/system architecture, developing and managing application, Design site maps, process maps, prototypes, provide online service, managing security access level, data protection, end-user consulting, risk management, Plan & Monitor and control project schedules, project management.
Prior to joining NCS, Faizal worked as an IT Project Consultant for International Enterprise Singapore (IE SINGAPORE), from 2003 to 2007 where he was successfully executed over 10 IT projects. Experienced professional with a strong business, technical and educational background solid experience in IT and Project Management.
Luke Lim, Committee Member

Luke Lim is the founder and CEO of A. S. Louken Group, a brand growth consultancy who works with Singapore and regional clients to build and rejuvenate brands based on their core strengths, replicating them via franchise or licensing modalities, and leveraging on intellectual property to fuel their growth. A. S. Louken is a member of Ebeltort Global - a consortium of retail/service providers from 22 countries.
Luke is highly sought-after for his opinion on brand-growth-related issues by the media. Luke is also a frequent guest speaker at local tertiary institutions, and has often been invited to judge various business community and tertiary business awards and competitions.
Luke currently also serves on the board of advisors of Salvation Army Singapore. He is a current council member and ex-president of the TDB-IE Singapore Society.
Ko Chuan Aun, Committee Member

Mr Ko is currently the Chairman & CEO of Athena Corporation Pte Ltd. In addition, he is also an Independent Director of three public listed companies - Brothers Holdings Ltd, Supper Coffeemix Manufacturing Ltd and Scorpio East Holdings Ltd.
During TDB, he headed the China Desk and was instrumental in the formation of Singapore-Sichuan Trade & Investment Committee, Singapore-Hubei Trade & Investment Committee as well as China Business Group, which has been re-named to Network China.
He still makes frequent trips to China, particularly Chengdu, Shenyang, Tianjin & Beijing, for his current business.

Sylvia is a Director of Colorz Corporate Consultancy which provides corporate secretarial and real estate services. Formally, she was the Company Secretary of IE Singapore Holdings.

While at IE Singapore, Damien was part of the market strategy team advising companies on overseas growth strategy.
Ang Sin Hock, Committee Member

Mr Ang worked at TDB from 1981 to 1994 and was based in India, South Asia and Middle East markets from 1986 to 1994. He was also operating out of these markets while at Intraco Ltd from 1995 to 1999. Currently he provides business consulting services specialized in these markets and beyond.
Jeff Liew, Committee Member

After 7 years at TDB from 1980-87 as a Trade Officer, Mr Jeffrey Liew became the General Manager at Yue Xiu Enteprise and was later a Director at the Singapore Manufacturer's Federation. He is now the Director for Singapore Business Federation's Global Business Division looking into China and North Asia.
